5 Things I Like:
1. The product contains NO parabens, Propylene Glycol, Mineral Oil, Petroleum, PABA, DEA, or sulfates.
2. The products are locally available on the ground for easy purchase.
3. Shea butter is the second ingredient not the last so it is actually shea based.
4. The products are affordable most cost around $10 each.
5. The products smell really good.
I wanted so much to LOVE this product as it is really popular among other naturals but it was not love for me. My hair really does not care for shea based products at all, the normally leave my hair dull and greasy. This product did not do that but did seem to leave a bit of a film on the hair. I used it alone on a puff and also under a gel for wash-n-go and had ok results. While the product smells divine, my co-workers kept coming over to smell my hair, it is very strong so i would not suggest wearing scented lotion or perfume with it. This product does contain protein (silk protein) though it actually did not bother my protein sensitive hair. For the modest price I would suggest you pick some up and give it a try. I would recommend it for those with high porosity hair that can absorb more product or those who love shea butter.
